Timezone info for apache appears non-existent. I've been looking for quite a while. It's frustrating. Seriously, if you've found a document that lists them all, POST IT!

Why not a link to a full list of timezones? And I _am_ the system administrator of my system -- that's why I'm looking for info on setting it up! :-)
